Walking with God

Ten years ago, I had a desire to work on a particular project. At the time the "door" was closed and I couldn't see a way around it. So I let it go. Recently, I was given an opportunity to pursue the same project. I'm not going to say anything more until it happens. This post is a timely reminder about why it's important not to force things but to let God work things out in His own Divine timing if that is His will for you. God bless. ❤️

For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6: 38 ---- While I was queueing up at the self-checkout, I noticed this customer behind me was carrying some stuff in her arms. I asked her if I could get her a basket to put them in. At first, she said she was fine, but then she accepted the basket. She told me she was trying to decide whether this was the right queue as there were two customers ahead of us who had their trolleys packed full with stuff. I told I was going to stay put as I believe our queue was quicker compared to the others. Besides, I only had a few items so it won't take me long to get through. While we were waiting, I asked her if she lived locally. She told me she was in the next town, but she was running an errand in the area and decided to do some shopping.
