On Being a Student
In my dream this morning, I was a student again. I didcovered I had two essays due in two days. I went looking for my course tutor to ask for an extension. My extenuating circumstances were I had been ill and hadn't attended lectures. I told him I had already provided medical evidence. While I was waiting for the tutor to decide, I woke up from the dream. Thank God it wasn't real! I work with a lot of GenZs and they tell me they have used AI to help them write their essays. In my student days, there was no such thing as the Internet. You had to do your own research and write it without any aids. When you finish writing the essay, you had to print it out and take it to the office, hand it in and make sure it was received before the deadline time or you'll be penalised. I wouldn't want to be a student again then or now. I prefer the teachings I am now receiving daily from the Holy Spirit about how to walk by faith in Christ and not by sight. ❤️ ----- Relevant Bible vers...
