Walking with God

On my way to work, I was very aware that my pants (underwear) were feeling very uncomfortable undernearh my trousers. As I had a lot of time before my shift started, I decided to pop into this store, which is renowned for their great lingerie. I chose a packet of four underwear in my size and preferred style and headed off to the ladies' toilet to remove the annoying pants and wear the new ones. I then chucked the old underwear in the bin. When I put my trousers back on, I noticed I was still having the same issue.  Give me a break!  That's my size and this style is supposed to fit nicely.  I couldn't return them  as I had already used one of them. I will just have to put up with it for now. The next day, I had the same issue with another underwear that was perfect before. Either the underwear has shrunk or my bum has gone bigger. While I was out, I stopped off at another store to buy some underwear my size and style. After I changed into them, they seemed quite smal...

I find it amazing how the photo below of earth, taken from space, looks so perfect. From space, you can't see any of the negativity going on earth such as wars, famine, sickness, suffering and death. I believe when God created the earth, everything was perfect before the "fall" of mankind. God then sent His begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to redeem mankind from their sins. Now God sees those who have accepted Jesus's salvation just like the way earth is seen from space - beautiful, good, lovely, perfect, pure and whole. ❤️ ----- Relevant Bible verse: "For we know in part and we prophesy in part. Thowback. Remember when we all had to stay indoors for months at a time during lockdown?   As you can see from these photos, it was business as usual for nature. On the bus, I noticed this woman carrying a baby girl that looked maybe between 8 months and a year old. I told the woman the baby had perfect eyebrows. The woman said the baby has her mum's  eyebrows. (She was the baby's aunt). I said I hoped the baby's eybrows stayed that way. When I was a lot younger, I had perfect eyebrows. Aa I got older, I started plucking them so I could give them a new shape. I've even had them threaded several times.  I have seen women who shave their eyebrows and then use eyebrow pencils to draw their eyebrows. We obviously know better than our Creator, right? 😆 ----- Relevant Bible verse: 'I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works,And that my soul knows very well." While I was at this park, I was overwhelmed not just by the beauty of the trees and nature, but by gratitude for God, the Creator. I felt grateful for my health and strength to be able to walk;  grateful for my senses to enjoy the park and environment; grateful to be living in an area where I have three beautiful parks within 15 minutes walking distance.  Thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤️ ------ Relevant Bible verses: "Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! Since I gave up the notion of having my own personal life and accepted Christ as the only life (Colossians 3: 4), I now understand that His Life covers everything I need to enjoy life now and forever. Christ's Life includes abundance, blessing, deliverance, forgiveness, freedom, grace, healing, joy, love, peace, perfection, protection, provision, redemption, relationships, salvation, truth, wholeness and wisdom. For instance, two days ago, my flatmate texted me to let me know they had been given food at work and she was going to bring me some chicken noodles. She even brought me some chocolate cake.  In other words, the food I received from my flatmate is Christ's Life as provision. I had half of the cake and kept the other half and the chicken noodles in the fridge. Today  I had the chicken noodles and cake and it was delicious. On this podcast, this music producer was being interviewed about his music. They discussed how his music has changed over the years and how the way people consume music has also changed because of technology.  However, the producer's passion for making music hasn't changed. It got me thinking of the paradox of God, the Creator, the source of all creativity. On the one hand, God never changes, and on the other hand, He is forever new. In other words, God's attributes are changeless, but the way He expresses His attributes are always new. The Bible teaches us that His mercies are new every morning. (Lamentations 3: 22-23) That means God's infinite attributes are constantly being expressed through His children in new ways.  Imagine that!  Every day, God is expressing through us new blessings, new ideas, new life, new light, new joy, new love, new peace, new revelations, new wonder...etc. What a wonderful God we have! ❤️ ----- Relevant Bible verses: "Through the Lord’s...
