About Tagging

While I was working at this event, I noticed this man who reminded me of someone I've worked with who I used to enjoy chatting to. I wondered how he was.

The next day I received a  mysterious text from someone asking if I had applied to work at this particular company, as someone had told him I had. I told the person I hadn't and asked them to identify who they were as I couldn't see their name.  After giving me some clues I  realised it was the same work colleague I had thought of the night before. We used to be in a WhatsApp group so he obviously still had my number.

I told him I had been thinking about him and wondering how he was. 

As a Christian, I have the Mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) which connects us all. I believe when I thought of my colleague, he got "tagged" and he had to find a way to get in contact one way or another. 😊

Before the children's show I was working on started, my colleagues and I were in the foyer welcoming parents and their kids, directing them to the theatre and showing others where to park their buggies.  I noticed one colleague was speaking to this man.  She told us the man said after he gave his Bible to a homeless man, God told him to come to this arts centre and get a Bible.   Why would God send him to an arts centre that specialises in music, drama and dance? I suggested he could download a Bible app, if he needed instant access to a Bible. I even recommended an app I use, but  the man was adamant that God had told him to get a Bible at this arts centre. While my colleague continued to chat to the man, I focused on welcoming guests to the arts centre. Finally I saw the man holding a Bible. Jesus Heals

As Christians, we are the light of the world (Matthew 5: 14) and we are to shine the light of Christ wherever we are and glorify God.  One time while I was working on this TV project as a supporting artist aka extra, I started experiencing loss of vision, symptom of a migraine attack. I hadn't had one in many years. I told a friend I was working with how I was feeling. She offered me medication, but I declined. I told her I needed to take time out to pray. I then quietly reminded myself that "By His stripes I am healed." (Isaiah 53: 5)   After about fifteen minutes, my vision was back to normal and there was no headache.
