Who Decides?
So I decided to leave home at a particular time. Because the roads were clear, I arrived in central London way too early for work
I decided to kill time by going for a long walk along this park.
Then I decided to go into this church. The early church service had just finished. After taking some photos of the interior, I sat at the back of the church to enjoy the peace and quiet and read my Bible.
I decided it was time to leave the church and continue my walk.
I decided to walk down this road and discovered this new garden. I took some photos.
I decided to walk down this road which led to a road I was familiar with. I decided to stop off at two shops to buy some food and drink.
I realised I was disoriented so I decided to walk in the opposite direction where I noticed this supermarket, which reminded me I was on the right track. I noticed this woman standing in front of me and grinning at me. I realised it was my work colleague.
My colleague told me her bus had also arrived early and she was going for a walk to kill time. She said she was going to the supermarket I'd seen earlier. I told her I believed it was still closed. As we still had lots of time, I went with her to double-check and the supermarket was closed.
She took me to this farmer's market that only opens on a Sunday, but neither of us bought anything.
During our walk, my colleague shared with me some condition she had which meant she was on some special diet. I told her I knew someone who had the exact same condition. My colleague suggested ideas I could share with my friend.
So I decided to do x, y and z.
Yeah right! More like, God the Creator and Director of my life movie was the One directing me every step of the way, so I could meet my work colleague right at that moment. We wouldn't have been able to discuss what she had shared with me at work.
Thank you, God, for inspiring all my decisions and directing my steps. ❤️
