Sharing God’s Love

When my shift  finished at this event I was working at, I went over to say goodbye to a colleague who was still working. He jokingly told me he hated me because I was leaving early. I gave him a big hug and wished him well. 

On the way to catch my train, for a moment I felt this tug around my heart area as if someone was pulling energy from me. I then instantly felt fine.  

I knew it was the love I had just given my friend, which was instantly replaced.

Imagine what you would feel like if you are constantly giving out energy and you weren't being filled up.

Just imagine.

Thank you, Holy Spirit, for constantly filling me up with Your life. ❤️

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." ----- Last night I dreamt about my ex-boyfriend who is now a very good friend. In the dream, I was upset with him for not being there for me and forgetting my birthday.  When I woke up, I thought the dream was really silly.  Why would I care whether he forgets my birthday?  Besides, even though, we haven't been together for almost 10 years, he always remembers my birthday. This morning, I received a text from the same friend. He told me he recently had a minor operation and was recuperating at home.  He asked if I was available to visit him. I told him I was busy doing my laundry, but I could visit him in the afternoon, as he only lives about half an hour away from me by bus. He asked me to visit the next day instead if I was still available. Now it made sense why I had had that nonsense about my friend. I guess when you've known someone for 30 years, you're bound to be able to pick up on their vibe...

Bananas

 A few days ago while I was grocery shopping, I wondered if I should get some bananas, but I decided not to as they don't last long. That's why I only buy a banana when I fancy one in that moment.  I got red grapes instead which last a lot longer. Yesterday, I didn't see my flatmate as I was already in bed by the time she got home. This morning when I went in the kitchen, I noticed my flatmate had left a note on the kitchen top for me to have these two bananas. I immediately gobbled one up. Thank you, God, for providing my bananas through my flatmate. ♥️ Photo of the note and bananas 😊
