About Acknowledgement and Relationships

After sending birthday wishes to a Facebook friend, she thanked us all for thinking of her and acknowledging her existence, which made me chuckle. I promised to acknowledge her existence the same time next year. Her partner responded that acknowledging her existence comes under their relationship agreement. 😀

Our funny exchange got me thinking about my existence and relationships. The only one Person I know who is constantly acknowledging my existence is God. Jesus even said that God knows how many hairs we have on our heads. That's how intimately God knows each of us. 

At Christmas, all Christians celebrate the birth of God's only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who was born as a human being and sacrificed Himself so all believers can be saved and reconciled with God.

I give thanks for my intimate relationship  with God through  Jesus Christ our Lord.
