Jigsaw Puzzle

On the first day of my shift, I noticed a member of staff was working on this huge jigsaw puzzle in the staff kitchen.  I asked him whether he had fitted the earlier pieces all by himself.  He said others were working on it too.

On the last day of my shift, I noticed the jigsaw was now complete. The same colleague I had seen a few days earlier was inspecting the puzzle.  I said well done to him and his team and took a photo of the completed puzzle.

I believe the jigsaw puzzle represents God's plan for His children. We only see pieces of the puzzle, but He always sees the completed plan that we are working on.

Some people may fulfil God's plan and others may not. When believers i.e. those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour return to be with the Lord, they will get to see the entire, complete, jigsaw puzzle.

Those who reject Jesus also reject God's plan for them, so they will never know or get to experience God's marvellous plan for them.

Thank you, Father God, for the wonderful plan You have designed for me in Christ Jesus. I may not always see how or where the pieces fit, but You always do.

Thank You, Holy Spirit, for working in me to fulfil God's plan for me. Amen. ❤️

Relevant Bible verses:

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29: 11

"Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure."Philippians 2: 12-13
