Healing at the Name of Jesus

While I was watching this Christian video about healing,  I started having a toothache. I commanded the pain to leave in Jesus' name, but it got worse.

I reminded myself that on the cross, Jesus bore all of our sickness and by His stripes, I am already healed. (1 Peter 2: 24) I ignored the pain and continued watching the video.

The pain was now getting so severe, it was distracting me from the video. I'm not having anymore of this. Time to call on the name of Jesus. Every knee bows to that name.(Philippians 2: 10)

I went back to watching the video, but in my thoughts, I kept repeating "Jesus."  The pain got less and less and within a few minutes, the pain was gone.

There is infinite power in the name of Jesus.

Thank you, Jesus. ❤️

Bananas

 A few days ago while I was grocery shopping, I wondered if I should get some bananas, but I decided not to as they don't last long. That's why I only buy a banana when I fancy one in that moment.  I got red grapes instead which last a lot longer. Yesterday, I didn't see my flatmate as I was already in bed by the time she got home. This morning when I went in the kitchen, I noticed my flatmate had left a note on the kitchen top for me to have these two bananas. I immediately gobbled one up. Thank you, God, for providing my bananas through my flatmate. ♥️ Photo of the note and bananas 😊

Indiana Jones

Today, I was working as a host at three graduation ceremonies from the same university. At the end of each ceremony, the orchestra they had on stage played the theme song from the film, "Indiana Jones", composed by John Williams. By the end of my shift, I had that song stuck in my head. On the way home, I stopped at this restaurant to get some food then walked to the bus stop  As the bus I wanted got cancelled, I decided to travel a different route, which took a lot longer.  When I finally got home, I had a quick shower. I then turned on my laptop to watch some mindless TV on this film channel. Guess what film they had on? "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." Very funny, God! 😂 Of course, I had to watch it again, even though I've seen it a zillion times. I never get tired of Indiana Jones films or that theme song. ❤️
