People Map

While I was taking a walk along this canal path, the path  ended abruptly.

When I got back on the road, I asked this young lady if she knew how I could reconnect with the canal path. She said she didn't.  As I was about to walk down another road, her boyfriend beckoned to me and pointed the right direction. Another man joined us and gave me directions. I thanked both men for their help. 

I am so used to People Map, I have forgotten I can use the map on my phone. I prefer People Map as it's a lot more civilised. ❤️

I decided to continue the rest of my journey by bus. 😊

Bananas

 A few days ago while I was grocery shopping, I wondered if I should get some bananas, but I decided not to as they don't last long. That's why I only buy a banana when I fancy one in that moment.  I got red grapes instead which last a lot longer. Yesterday, I didn't see my flatmate as I was already in bed by the time she got home. This morning when I went in the kitchen, I noticed my flatmate had left a note on the kitchen top for me to have these two bananas. I immediately gobbled one up. Thank you, God, for providing my bananas through my flatmate. ♥️ Photo of the note and bananas 😊

Indiana Jones

Today, I was working as a host at three graduation ceremonies from the same university. At the end of each ceremony, the orchestra they had on stage played the theme song from the film, "Indiana Jones", composed by John Williams. By the end of my shift, I had that song stuck in my head. On the way home, I stopped at this restaurant to get some food then walked to the bus stop  As the bus I wanted got cancelled, I decided to travel a different route, which took a lot longer.  When I finally got home, I had a quick shower. I then turned on my laptop to watch some mindless TV on this film channel. Guess what film they had on? "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." Very funny, God! 😂 Of course, I had to watch it again, even though I've seen it a zillion times. I never get tired of Indiana Jones films or that theme song. ❤️
